technology...means keeping up with, and utilizing, current processes and procedures. Technology allows us to be efficient and competitive in today's fast changing shop environment. We continue to make the capitol investments necessary to achieve our business goals in the most effective manner.

With our aircraft and aerospace background in manufacturing we are accustomed to and practice strict inspection and quality control procedures. We keep all the necessary tools to assure that our work meets the requirements of the customer and the intended use of the product. The key to quality work is knowing what is critical and being able to check it to insure compliance.

We do all of our own design and CAD/CAM programming in-house which allows us to control every aspect of the production process. When modifications to a part are required we can respond more quickly than others who must rely on third party programmers. In-house programming also allows us to fine turn and adjust the machining process to our individual machines, procedures and tooling.

Decades ago machine shops evolved from strictly manually operated machines to simple single-axis hydraulic tracers than on to two-axis numeric tape control and now to high speed multi-axis computer controlled machines. Machines and tooling today can operate several axis' simultaneously at incredibly high speeds. Our shop has 4-axis capability which allows us to produce extremely complex pieces.
